If you already know how to use WordPress jump right in, log into your WordPress Dashboard, create some pages, some posts, choose your theme, add your favourite WordPress plugins to create your ultimate web site.
WordPress consists of pages and posts. If you do not know where to start you should just go ahead and make some pages, it is simple as writing a story.
Create a list of all the pages you might want to include, do you want an About page? Contact page? Services? Products? What about a Gallery or Slideshow?
Once you know the pages you want log in to the WordPress Dashboard and create a page for each of the permanent content on your web site.
and create posts for temporary and timely information similar to how you use Facebook. try writing a few stories making pages and writing posts. You will be able to manipulate them once you are done.
Consider a post as a new web page. If you are not sure what to write about then think about the pages you need set up. Will you have an about us page? A services page? Whatever they are start writing them. If your first page will be your about us page then in your dashboard you can click Posts > Add New and write the word “About” as your title, click the body area and start writing your about story.
