We also use a 3rd party professional server backup service to back up every one of our sites to provide peace of mind when it comes to losing data. It simply doesn’t happen.

Bronze to prioritize budget, Silver to minimise your input and budget and Gold to prioritize speed and reliability.
Bronze plans are ideal for people with cPanel experience who are wanting to manage their own hosting experience. Silver plans are ideal for people with no cPanel experience and want Web Works to manage their hosting as cheap as possible. Gold plans are ideal for people who want Web Works to manage everything.
For the technical-minded our Silver plan dedicated server has an IDE hard disk drive. The Gold plan dedicated server has a SSD hard disk which is quoted as being 10x faster at crunching than the older IDE drives so your web site will run faster. SSD hosting is also best for larger sites.
Email and / or web site hosting on one of two shared web servers we currently run, where server resources are shared with up to 100 other businesses in order to keep hosting costs to a minimum.
We have no automatic backups or anti-spam scripts in place on shared servers. It will be up to you to keep backups of your files and emails.
